My Name is Andy Collins I am the founder of Try4Fitness and have worked in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over twenty years. As an ICF-approved Life Coach and Certified Health Coach, my mission is to help clients evolve, grow in confidence, and enjoy life to the fullest through sustainable health, fitness, and mindset practices.
My coaching style is supportive, approachable, and results-driven—a safe pair of hands that helps you feel at ease while building the confidence to achieve effective, lasting results. I believe in a holistic approach that balances physical fitness, nutrition, and mental wellbeing so you can make changes that truly last.
Alongside my coaching qualifications, I am an experienced sports coach who has worked with a wide range of athletes—from Ironman triathletes to couch-to-5k beginners. Whether it’s training for endurance events, improving everyday fitness, or achieving personal goals such as losing two stone, I provide the tools, accountability, and motivation to make it happen.
